$37,500 will buy you this much tiny house?
When Lancaster resident James Stoltzfus set out to build a “tiny home on wheels” he wasn’t sure if he and his wife Rosemary would live in it upon completion or not.
They eventually decided they wouldn’t, but Stoltzfus’ design has since helped him to launch a company geared towards helping others attain a tiny home of their own.
“I actually just kind of built it for a fun project and it just sort of turned into something more,” he said.
One year after its completion, the 230-square-foot original home built by Stoltzfus serves as a model home for his company Liberation Tiny Homes.
